All incoming campus housing residents will pay a $50.00 non-refundable room reservation processing fee.


Meal Plans

All New Freshmen will be required to purchase the unlimited meal plan ($1,931.00/semester) for their first year.

Students living in the residence halls must choose from the following meal plan options: (Oak Hill residents not required)

  1. Unlimited Meal Plan – $1,931.00 (per semester)
  2. 15-Meal Per Week Plan – $1,575.00 (per semester)
    (includes $85.00 Bobcat Bucks per semester)
  3. Commuters or Campus Apartments Only
    10-Meal Per Week Plan – $1,050.00 (per semester)
    (includes $50.00 Bobcat Bucks per semester)

Commuting students & Oak Hill residents will be able to select one of the residential meal plans, Dining Dollars or a commuter meal plan (5 meals per week, $525.00/semester).

Waivers
According to Peru State College policy, room waivers can not be used on Apartment rent.

Room and Board Refunds

Students who withdraw from college or whose housing contract is cancelled during the first week of class will receive a 100% refund. Students who withdraw from college or whose housing contract is cancelled after the first week will receive prorated refunds of their room and board charges. Students must officially check out of the residence halls within 48 hours of withdrawing. Student accounts will be prorated based upon the number of weeks the student is in the residence hall, up to the eighth week of school. After the eighth week of school, there will be no refunds issued for room and board charges. A partial week shall be considered a full week for prorating purposes. A week is considered Sunday through Saturday. Contracts cancelled for violation of the student code of conduct will not receive refunds for room and board.
