Youth Cheer Camp Registration Form
  • Date: October 24, 2009
  • RSVP before October 19, 2009 @ 5:00 p.m
  • The cost of the camp is $25.00 per child ($35.00 if two from the same family)
  • The cost of the campus includes a t-shirt, poms, lunch and a snack.
  • Parents will receive free admission to the game.
  • Registration needs to be filled out for each individual child in the family that is participating.
  • Online registration payment is due at camp check-in.
  • Please report to the AWAC(gym) on Peru State's campus by 9:00 a.m.
  • Lunch and snacks will be provided.
  • The performance will be during the half-time of the Bobcat Football game.
  • The game begins at 1:00 p.m. at the Oak Bowl
  • Participants will sit with the cheerleaders during the first half of the game.
