BIO:

Zoon Wood is a native of Vietnam. Zoon and his family came to the United States in 1973. Zoon attended schools in California before moving to Montana. He earned a bachelor's and master's degree science at the University of Montana in Missoula. His academic background also includes an undergraduate minor in English as a Second Language.

Mr. Wood taught math and science courses at the collegiate level in Montana until moving to Peru in 2001 and teaching math for Peru State College.

Mr. Wood has twin sons who will soon be 23 years old. His sons attend the University of Nevada Las Vegas. Zoon is involved in running, swimming, drawing and martial arts. Zoon speaks several languages including Vietnamese and Spanish.

For Fall 2009, Mr. Wood is teaching Math 100 Elementary Algebra, Math 110 Elements of Mathematics and Math 112 College Algebra.
