Bio:

Mara D. Giles has a B.A. in Philosophy from St. John's College and a MA in Cultural Anthropology from University of Nebraska - Lincoln. Her research interests include Cultural Diversity and Folklore. She is involved with the Nebraska Folklife Network, an organization committed to the preservation of Nebraska's cultural heritages. Ms. Giles is also a member of the Nebraska Writer's Guild, the country's oldest continuous writers guid.
