To be considered for academic scholarships the student must complete and submit the following:
- Application for Admission and Scholarships
- Official ACT/SAT scores
- Official high school transcript(s) and/or college transcripts

| Eligibility: |
- Transfer student from a Nebraska Community College
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
- Preference given to graduates of a Nebraska high school and previous Davis Chambers Scholarship recipients
- Must submit a letter of recommendation from a community college professor or official along with the scholarship application to the Nebraska State College System Board Office

$2,000 tuition waiver per year for 2 years |

- First-time PSC student
- Transfer student with a minimum of 12 transferable hours
- 2.5 cumulative transfer GPA
- Attend main campus in Peru, NE
- Register for and complete a minimum of 12 on-campus hours each semester
