Welcome to the admissions requirements information for transfer students! We are glad you are interested in learning what you will need to do to become a student at Peru State College! We have worked to make this process as simple as possible for you to complete. You will simply need to follow the following steps in order to apply for admission and scholarships:

1. Complete our Application for Admission & Scholarships
2. Submit official college transcripts from all post-secondary institutions you have attended.
3. Submit an official high school transcript (if you have completed less than 30 hours at your previous institution)
4. Submit the Medical Records Form
5. Submit Financial Aid documentation
6. Submit Residence Life Application
   Residence Life Contract
7. Students attending the main campus call the Office of Admissions @ 1-800-742-4412 option 1 to set up an appointment to register for classes.
   Off-Campus / Online Students call 1-888-258-5558 to register for classes.
