Welcome to the admissions requirements information for high school students and recent high school graduates! We are glad you are interested in learning what you will need to do to become a student at Peru State College! We have worked to make this process as simple as possible for you to complete. You will need to follow the following steps in order to apply for admission and scholarships:

1. Complete our Application for Admission & Scholarships
2. Submit an official high school transcript at the time of application and a final transcript showing your high school graduation
3. Submit official ACT (Peru Code 2470) or SAT (Peru Code 6468) test score (You may submit these scores directly from ACT or SAT or as a part of your high school transcript to be official)
4. Submit the Medical Records Form
5. Submit Financial Aid documentation
6. Submit Residence Life Application
   Residence Life Contract
7. Sign up for an orientation date to register for classes
